We have few students’ websites which were built long ago using word press, Joomla and may be customised one. They don't work anymore and error I am getting is database connection, or some php error line 000. For your convenience, websites is listed below:

These websites need fixing or upgrading. They must likely have same issue such as server now running new version since website was uploaded; or something sinister which I don't know.
I am looking for fairly reasonable price to fix these. We are not for profit organisation and we run from zero budget just helping students with free information, it is volunteer base. I will be paying to you from my pocket to put this website live again for our students’ communities.
These website likely need upgrading, expert will know once you will look into. I believe most of them are based on wordpress. If they are different, I wanted the option to convert them to wordpress to make sure future upgrade is easier and all sites are running same script. This is optional which we can talk later.
Please let me know how much you charge, your help will be highly appreciated. Time wise I am flexible.
