– Answering service (You will get leads and need to setup appointments on a calendar for buying specialist )
– Create appointments in calendar/CRM
– Add leads to CRM system (CRM is called Podio)
– Manage leads and contacts (Answer emails and phone calls to take care of clients and leads)
Management
– Manage future virtual employee
– Building the weekly work schedules
Language
– Spanish/English Full (Required)

– An outgoing person, who’s love helping home owners during tough times.
– Needs to have the willingness to tell the owner what to do or suggest how to do things better (NOT wait to just get instructions or be micro-managed)

– Sales, telemarketing, or collections agency experience preferred
