We are looking for a freelance developer to create a responsive website for a virtual event.
The website will have to feature: - HOME PAGE: a login form with email & password + forgotten passwork link + a subscription button/link (popin with name, email, etc.) + a very short video in the background - POST LOGIN PAGE: 3 buttons (Welcome booth, Exhibition Hall, Conferences) + a very short video in the background - WELCOME BOOTH PAGE: a picture/photo in the background + a welcome FAQ with the main categories of questions (clicking on one open a popin with the main questions of that category), a pdf can be downloaded as well - EXHIBITION HALL PAGE: list of the main areas of the hall (one visual & a title per area) + for the first connection, a short video will first play (to present the hall) . AREA PAGES: list of the booths in that area (logo, name and a 'visit this booth' button for each booth) + link/button towards the conferences or welcome booth . BOOTH PAGES: a picture of the booth with the visual of a person and a menu (list of icons), each opening a popin + link/button towards the conferences of the booth or all the conferences * visual of the person: a list of people (photo + name) => it opens a second popin to chat (chat feature or skype, tell us your choice) * Information icon: a text * Social networks icon: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube icons (with redirections) * External links icon: a list of external links (link icon & name for each one) * Email icon: a text box for the message + button send, it arrives in the mailbox * Document icon: a list of downloadable pdfs – each document as a title, a subtitle, and a 'download' generic icon * Video icon: a list of videos – each one has a title, a subtitle and a play icon (by clicking on the icon it opens the YouTube URL of the video) * Testimonials: a list of testimonials – each one has a title, a text and a small visual * Photo gallery: displays photos * Q&A: a list of questions – each one has a title (the question) and a text below (the answer) - CONFERENCE PAGE: 2 categories (each with a title & a visual) + button to go back to the booth or exhibition hall . PRERECORDED CONFERENCES PAGE: list of conferences (with filter/sort), each with a logo, a title, a company, a theme, the name(s) and title(s) of the presenter(s), a subtitle and a button 'Play' . LIVE CONFERENCES PAGE: list of conferences (with filter/sort), each with a date/hour, a logo, a title, a company, a theme, the name(s) and title(s) of the speaker(s), a subtitle and a button 'Play' if live or past * CONFERENCE PAGES: the video plays in part of the background picture + logo, title, company, date/time, a description and info on the speakers (photo, name, title, company, ...)
As an option: - a back-office with stats and create/change/publish/delete for the booths, the conferences, the front users and the back-office users - a back-office user can be restricted to one booth and its conferences
We will provide all texts/visuals/videos. However, if you can price the visuals/videos as an option, let us know, we might be interested.
