My main website is an online farmer's market with three different users...customers, producers and hosts (hosts run the individual hubs/ markets on my site)
I need a password protected online manual (WEBSITE) split in two parts...Producers can be given access to a Producer side whereas Hosts can be given access to everything.
My complex website needs a place to send new and existing users to as a first point of resource, for instructions and answers rather than everyone phoning/emailing/messenging me.
Instructions for use of all parts of the back office for these users as well as some best practices to help them grow their business on my platform. These users are regular people (not tech savvie!).
The back office is akin to selling on ebay or etsy...producers create their products, connect with/ sell on several Hubs, access their orders, connect to our payment provider Stripe etc....the host creates a new hub recruits and connects to new producers allowing her to add their products to her weekly market. Markets run on a cycle, closing automatically a day and a half before the customers collect from a pop up market or have their items delivered. The host confirms the market in her back office noting any refunds due to customers which triggers the platform to pay customers (refunds), producers and host. Producers earn 80% of their sales, the Host gets 10% of all sales at her Hub, the platform gets the final 10% and covers all costs.
Website is www.thegreatbritishfoodhub.com (we also have shopping apps for customers) Manual/ website should be set out with a menu and "chapters" with lots of links between pages and include screenshots to make instructions clearer. It should be laid out in a very simple, uncluttered way. My website is quite complex...the front end is essentially a group of markets, but the back office and workings are more complicated. There will be a LOT of pages and topics to cover. I want to be left with a site I can go in to and edit/add/remove text, images and pages easily (although my main website is written from scratch in Java I would need something built on say wordpress which I'm familiar with).
