We're a globally active growth platform onboarding for a MENA based Facebook Ads strategist to take control of an exciting and dynamic account on a contract basis.
You'll be working with an established, supportive, super fun & down to earth growth team comprised of some of the best in the space, driving campaign success across multiple middle eastern countries.
**Personality and working style requirements**
Eager to meet challenges and quickly assimilate new concepts.
Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative. The ability to take control, drive and lead your remit (Facebook Ads performance campaigns).
A strong sense of ownership. Like really strong.
Comfortable working with minimal supervision (again ownership is everything here).
Great organizational & time management skills.
You're a fast learner and quickly adapts to changing priorities without sacrificing the results.
You're ok to give it the extra mile or put in the overtime when required to help support when required.
**Role requirements**
At least 3+ years working across Facebook Ads in a performance marketing context.
You've got a strong navigation compass on your shoulders, can distillate growth opportunities from data and observations, formulate hypotheses, execute on your ideas to deliver stronger campaign performance.
You've got expertise in conceiving, testing, and optimizing ad copy. You're comfortable devising and owning a wider experiments strategy and roadmap for your campaigns.
You're able to work with cross-functional teams to do things like developing new ad creative concepts, build out better reporting, share insights from your remit to support the growth of other channels etc.
You're in love with data. You've got the ability to use it to your advantage to drive grounded, data driven decision making that delivers continuous success.
