I'm Nick, and I run a very small freelance copywriting business in Nottingham, UK.
Until recently, I had a nice little site at www.nickparkhouse.co.uk and www.nickparkhouse.com with 25 pages or so of testimonials, examples of my work and that sort of thing.
You'll notice from heading to one of those URLs that they are currently not working.
I've spoken to my host today (EUKHost) and it seems they don't have a working back up of the site. I don't have a working back up either.
So, I'm not entirely sure what I need to do next. Is it possible to retrieve the content from the existing site through the admin section of Wordpress? Can the existing site be restored?
Ideally I would like the existing site to be restored, tied up and any bugs fixed.
If this is not possible, I just need someone to build a simple Wordpress theme site. I'm a writer, so I can deal with all the copy, upload content and do the SEO - I just need the site building and uploading to those two URLs.
I hope that makes some sense!
I only do a tiny bit of freelance work and so I am afraid I don't have an enormous budget for this. If it's a major job, I probably just won''t bother, However, if one of you smart cookies can fix this for me, you're hired.
