Request for proposals/bids for the creation of WordPress Site with custom theme.
Requirements:
1. Functional WordPress site with the ability to manage posts.
2A. A custom, mobile-first theme that closely resembles the attached mock-up. The mock-up's inspiration is from https://twitter.com/explore. Small devices would be responsive, put everything into a single column.
2B. Post preview will be a single image.
2C. Post preview will need a footer with:
-Social media share buttons anchored to the right. The share buttons will share the hosted image to these platforms.
-Email button also anchored with the social media buttons that will prefill an email message with the post link.
-Link icon anchored to the left that will open an external URL in a new window referenced in the post's data.
2D. Image itself should hyperlink to WordPress post.
2E. Email sign-up form powered by Ninja Form that points to MailChimp.
3. NinjaForm ad-on installed/setup
4. Weekly RSS feed of post previews for MailChimp email digest consumption.
5. AdRotate ad-on installed/setup
6. Post page will show post content, then all post previews of similarly tagged posts.
7. Ability to set categories (tags) to filter posts by via page navigation.
8. Search bar at top of page to find list of post previews by tag/keyword.
