We would like to have website for laboratory/medical equipment with following functionalities; 1. Multi-Currency. The base currency will be GBP Sterling. Other currencies will be US Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Euro, Swiss Franc and Australian Dollar. The Canada will show Canadian Dollar, Europe will show Euro, UK will be GBP, Switzerland will be in CHF/Swiss Franc, Australia will be Australian Dollar, and rest of the countries will show price in US Dollar. But we should have an option in admin portal to control shopping cart and prices in which country it will be visible and in which country will not be visible by geographical IP addresses or by any other means. 2. Multi Language (European) – Can it be achieved without inputting data in different languages separately? 3. In Header, it will show wish list, quote list, shopping cart, registration/login 4. Search option, should have advanced search option, when click any product under search, it should open product page with highlighted category on the left. Search option will be limited to product search. Product accessories should have some kind of flag, it should not be visible in search and new or featured products. 5. Quote: There should be Quote Cart visible for all countries underneath shopping cart as it available in current irisanalytical.com website. Quote Option with ability to create new quote or modify existing quote line by line with option to add new product line or delete existing quote product line in admin portal. 6. Shipping (Should be integrated with DHL/FedEx) 7. Ability to control content of footer from admin 8. Product Filters to narrow down the product 9. Product Comparison 10. Compatibility with Smartphone, IPads & Tablets and with various browsers 11. Categories, sub-categories and products should have option to display multiple images with zoom option as it is currently available in irisanalytical.com 12. Payment Gateway Integration: We have WorldPay but there should be option to change provider in admin portal 13. Promotion and discount option 14. VAT Calculation in shopping cart and quote based on UK, Europe will have validation of customer VAT registration number. If it is valid, there will be no VAT otherwise there will be 20% VAT for EU customers. Outside Europe will not have any VAT. 15. Special prices for distributors and corporate customers based on agreed contract prices by product or by product category, absolute net price or percentage. 16. Data Export/Import option using excel without any HTML/XML or any other tags. a. The import excel file should be able to create categories and sub-categories along with other features which can be done manually. b. The export Excel should not have any HTML tags and should maintained text formatting like bold, bullet points and line gap as shown on website. 17. Zero Price Text Display (If there is no price/zero price, text should be displayed Price on request) 18. Showing Prices in multi-currency, we should have option of conversion rate in admin portal 19. There should be option to generate PDF catalogue according to catalogue template for categories, sub-categories and products 20. Create social media pages and show social media link on the category/product page 21. The shopping cart or quote cart may have 5 steps process i.e. Order/Quote Summary > Sign In > Billing/Shipping Address confirmation > Shipping options > Terms & Conditions acceptance > Payment Options > Final Order Summary for Order Confirmation > Order/Quote Confirmation Popup. 22. Payment options will be WorldPay, PayPal and other type of payment options like bank Wire Transfer, BACS, Cheque, Letter of Credit, Proforma Invoice for credit customers. The payment options other than worldpay and PayPal, will not have any payment processing. 23. The Order/Quote Confirmation Popup text should be managed from admin portal, what to display in each payment type order confirmation. 24. Integration with Zoho CRM for enquiries, quotations, orders and products/inventory You can view detailed specs in the attached word file.
