I run a small PR agency in Scotland and we are looking for an experienced PR practitioner to support us with tender writing for public sector contracts. Ideally we'd like to find someone who could work with us regularly, managing our response to 2-3 tenders each month. We have a lot of prior submissions on file that information can be taken from, plus need someone who can apply their understanding of strategic and tactical PR to respond to the specifics in each brief. Knowledge of Scotland would be helpful but not essential.
The first thing we need support with is due to be submitted on Tuesday morning, so we are looking for someone who could help by drafting it tomorrow / over the weekend and have it back with us on Sunday for us to finalise on Monday. Please only respond to this if you have around 7 hours to work on this between now and Sunday evening and have experience of writing winning public sector PR tenders.
CIPR/PRCA membership would be desirable. An NDA would also need to be signed.
The questions we need to respond to are provided below, there is no fixed word count
1. General understanding of the requirement along with details of how any risks e.g. political, reputational, operational and financial can impact on the provision of the service and what action you would propose to mitigate these risks 2. Demonstrable experience and expertise of the proposed personnel (including holding interviews where appropriate) to meet the Ordered Services outputs 3. Operational proposals detailing your approach to the requirement, with particular emphasis on quality and performance measurements, and customer satisfaction 4. Outline key ideas for campaign (limited to one side of A4)
