The division of the UK Government that deals with Company Formations and Company Filings in knows as "Companies House." They allow accountants / agents to create an account with them and make various electronic filings on behalf of their clients via XML/iXBRL API's
We need a developer who can do the following for us:
1) Create a web based application form (preferably in PHP) which end users can complete in order to apply for the formation of a new UK Limited Company.
2) On completion of the form the client needs to make a payment and the application needs to enter a "queue" on our system. We then review the application and release it manually to companies house.
3) When the company is formed documents and information returned to us by the Companies House API's need to be automatically emailed to the client who made the application.
4) We are also looking for a feature that allows us to download information about an existing company using the company number. The information that we require is: -Next Accounts Made Up to "Date" -Next Accounts Made Up to "Due Date" -Confirmation statement "next statement date" -Confirmation statement "next statement due by date"
