Overview The project requires the development of a tool written in VB.Net, preferably, or C#. The tool will be delivered as an app, and also code for future changes to be made by me.
Requirement 1 The tool is required to loop through a set of property portal image links that are loaded via a command line or uploading a csv file, check the images to see if they are fragments of an epc certificate (see attached file), and if so download them to a directory with a name provided from the csv file. The images that are not EPC fragments will generally be property images.
Requirement 2 The tool will loop through the directory that holds the downloaded EPC fragments and extract the two main numbers under the current and potential columns. These numbers, along with the name of the EPC Fragment image, will be saved to a csv file in a directory.
