We have an existing investment blog that we want to convert to paid membership. https://theinsidesfund.com/blog There are at least two possible ways to accomplish this. We are looking for accomplished development team to help us decide best architecture, build it, implement it, Q&A, and if there is depth of experience run a multifaceted marketing campaing.
1.Control memebership from Mailchimp using add on Campagnzee module using Stripe. Then copy and paste the email sent out into a password protected page on the blog.. This would require two steps and the usage of Stripe as the payment gateway.
2. The other way is to make blog posts restricted with a plugin such as membershippro. The existing site is on our private server hosted on Bluepress running Wordpress. The successful bidder will have proven track record with substantial billing history on Upwork. A full stack team will be required who has experience with the off the shelf/plugins, graphic layout and design, and coding that they can demonstrate likely success in doing this project.
1# Create a landing page with payment gateway. The landing page will consist of 4-5 pages of copy, video, and/or images supplied by us. We have identified a landing page it should be modeled after but it will use our supplied copy and images. It should integrate with our Paypal. The Sign up form will have to integrate into the membership module in Milestone 2.
# 2: Install off the shelf membership plugin that will allow future wordpress posts to be a members only content, read only first page or initial paragraph or two depending on the technology available to convert this. At the end of the read free section an offer to purchase a subscription will be offered and the view directed to the landing page. This membership module should have complete reporting capability, such as new members, paid, unpaid, drops, cancellations, MTD reporting, etc.
#3 Send out automatically by email to the members. The membership will consist of paid, free, and trial memberships.. We currently use MailChimp. The email should be formatted correctly and visually interesting. In the past we have not been able to get the RSS feed to Mailchimp to display properly on our bulk mail distribution. The fonts sizes and images have been a bit unpredictable.
#4 Twitter integration We provide frequent daily, or several times daily Twitter posts. The paid membership will enable members access to our "protected Twitter account" at https://twitter.com/theinsidersfund. Don't know if there is any way to integrate this with Twitter so it may just be a manual process we have to do.. Ideally, a protected tweet could direct someone back to the landing page
Milestone payments will be based on the following
Milestone#1 successful demonstration of all of the 4 steps. For example a landing page would just be a place holder with latin fill for example.
Milestone #2 successful fully developed all 4 milestones.
Milestone #3 rigorous Q&A on the entire 4 milestones
