Expected duration: less than 1 week Need 3 new pages creating for existing wordpress site to allow clients to select multiple services and then produce summary page of selections and allow user to enter contact details. The summary page content will then be forwarded to a specific mailbox for us to setup the service. A third page will provide a list of questions that is then used to pre select certain services based on the responses and return to the summary page mentioned above. It will also support a free text box, that if selected will forward the free text message to a mailbox, along with contact information, rather than pre-selecting options so we can customise the service.
A list of services, service descriptions (which are to be displayed in a pop up bubble when requested) prices, questions will be supplied. List of services and associated proces will need to be editable at a later data. Approximattle 35 services currently defined but this may grow.
