Over the last few years we have been building the behind the scenes systems and infrastructure for our scaleable business both here in the UK and also internationally. I am pretty sure you will not have heard of us but we are creating quite a name for ourselves in our specific target market and ready to launch into new exciting areas. We are in the process of finishing this ’setup’ phase and to get to the next stage require you. So who are you? We're looking for an experienced data entry specialist to transfer data into our main Zoho CRM system. We anticipate that this project will require up to 10 hours per week per freelancer for indefinitely. Deliverables: - Transfer (Current) costing analysis and spreadsheet production, proposed costing analysis and spreadsheet production, analysing supplier invoices and entering in to spreadsheets, liaising with suppliers to receive data, analysing & entering customer and supplier data from different documents and forms into our content management system - Enter notes into Zoho (when appropriate) to clarify any changes - Identify stages of a workflow (process) and take appropriate actions to make progress - Understand any bottlenecks or exceptions and escalate Requirements for the project: - Experience with Zoho CRM - Excellent grammar and a high attention to detail for transposing of information from documents into online forms - Ability to take existing examples and replicate - Work in a systematic and sequential manner - Happy to work long term but on an ad hoc basis.
