I am wanting someone to compile a list of all the brewers in the UK that own pubs, they must have buildings they lease to landlords for business purposes.
Examples of these are Samual Smiths, Punch Taverns, Pubmaster, etc. I am wanting the head office details. The details to include are:
Company name Address Line 1 Address 2 City County Postcode Telephone number e-mail Website
I will then be finding someone to make calls to establish who within the company looks after the buildings.
The objective is in light of the worldwide pandemic, the leisure industry is struggling, there will be more and more pubs that are non-viable and I would like to be able to contact the person within the company to find out if they are considering selling any. These could make great opportunities for property investment and conversion.
