I am looking for someone to advise if I have a case for unfair selection for redundancy. I believe I have been unfairly selected based on the fact that my manager does not want me in her team, and have solid examples of how I have been treated differently with the team and blamed for mistakes which were not accountable to me. Also, she accessed my private Facebook and screenshot personal messages prior to my probation (violating data protection act 2018 as advised by ICO) and as a result, did not initially pass my probation. My organization will not divulge how many others have been put at risk and have refused me furlough, although others are on furlough. The role is also extremely busy and not redundant, they have confirmed they will reemploy someone, possibly more junior as a cost saving.
