Then we want you to use Hoodin as the content engine for the app. Hoodin will automat content feeds for the app. We will provide you with an API for the content and a Hoodin project. You will most likely need to learn two new services, but they are both very easy to grasp if you know app coding and API´s fairly well, it will work as a charm.
Besides the development of the app we also want you to run a screen recording when coding the app and when hooking up the API. You then should provide us with the entire movie and it will be used for training purposes etc. We will cut the movie so it is totally fine if there are typos corrected or that there are moments when you might read at a second screen etc.
The concept of the app is "The internal knowledge hub" and it will feed content related to news around software development, coding and content marketing.
If it is hard for you to estimate the amount of time needed, think like this. You would create a low code app with a third party platform and then inject a number of rss feeds (in the shape of API endpoints) that populates a total feed and 3 categories. See attached mockup to get an idea on what it would look like. We will provide you with all graphics needed, font decisions and we ask you to follow the design guidelines for the mock up. Hence, not any decisions to make, only straight up building.

The contracting party (you) will have to sign a mutal partner agreement with Hoodin and Appspotr. This is required to get access to each platform.
