The brand is going through an exciting period of growth and it needs the right candidate to help deliver an excellent website experience to its customers and community. They need a business minded developer with multiple skill sets to help make their products accessible to men and women with discerning style. The chosen candidate will work with the Digital Marketing Manager and Brand Development Director to ensure visitors to the website can easily find the products and information they need.
If you have hands-on frontend or full stack development experience and an interest in business, data, analytics and conversion rate optimisation, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Your role will be varied. You'll add/update products, keep the Shopify CMS up and running to maintain an excellent customer experience and update website assets. You’ll test every assumption about the website to make sure it's as fast, functional and fantastic as it can be. Using polls, heat maps & A/B tests, you'll work with our team to recommend and implement changes and test them once live to ensure customer needs are met. At times you may even represent the brand on tech panels and at startup events. No two days are the same.

Main Responsibilities:
Designing and developing the website Optimising lead generation activities to increase traffic Continuously improving performance across web and other digital platforms Measuring, analysing and reporting on ROI, conversion rate and cohort retention Ensuring all web pages and links function as intended. This will include monitoring, moderating and responding on a constant basis. Conversion rate optimisation and A/B-testing Creating code to improve email marketing campaigns and flows Data & analytics processing to improve the customer experience Using digital tracking to produce monthly reports Supporting the rest of the team when required
Skills and Experience:
Required
2+ years of frontend / full stack development experience using Javascript, HTML5 & CSS3 Experience with Shopify CMS Ability and desire to implement, track record of getting things functional and live fast Experience in digital marketing, e.g. traffic creation, conversion optimization, A/B-testing Analytical thinking and creative eye for detail Interest in data, analytics and conversion optimization Drive for continuously improving performance across web and other digital platforms Ability to produce consistent original ideas and take them from concept to completion Good attention to detail, organisation and time optimisation skills
Desirable
Experience gathering data and making recommendations or changes based on that information, using tools including Google Analytics and tracking systems including Hotjar Ability to do simple design tasks alone or with a team Experience with OKRs Data processing experience Experience working with chat bots PPC landing page expertise Experience building and maintaining SQL databases Experience using jQuery Ability to deliver high quality reports with valuable insights
