As companies grow, maintaining an excellent level of customer often falls behind the other demands. Especially in the current climate, the prospect of full time hires can be daunting. I need a logo creating for my outsourced customer service business which will provide options for interim services; inbound/outbound calls, email correspondence, CRM management and administrative tasks.
My target clients are growing small and independent businesses that still get excited by every single sale they get. Clients that still truly value the individual rather than the figures on a spreadsheet. The core mantra of my business reverts to "every interaction counts" - an idea that every interaction whether with someone you know or a salesperson over the phone can impact your day.
I prefer combination or wordmark logos. A logo with a nod to what the business does e.g speech bubbles, face silhouettes, headsets etc would be ideal. I'd like it to look approachable and not too technology centered. I may also be looking to have further design for website icons in the near future so a logo style that opens itself to this option would be welcome.
