You MUST have: • Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience • Ideally, a science background but this is not essential • Self-Motivated – Ability to work to own initiative and to meet tight deadlines and achieve goals • Ability to build strong relationships, both with candidates and clients • A positive, determined attitude with the ability to work well as part of a remote team • MUST live in the United Kingdom or Mainland Europe
Core Responsibilities: The Consultant shall provide recruitment services to the Company. In providing the Services to the Company, the Consultant shall undertake the following: 1. On delivery of an Assignment by the Company, the Consultant will perform a thorough search of the market using their own channels, for example, LinkedIn or any of the job boards. 2. In conjunction with point 1, if requested, the Company’s support team can provide additional leads. A vacancy brief together with a Boolean search string must be provided by the Consultant. All leads generated by the Company’s support team will be passed on to the Consultant to follow up on. 3. If the Consultant wishes the vacancy to be advertised on the Company’s website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Indeed, then a structured advert must be crafted and emailed to the team within 48 hours of receiving the Assignment. 4. The Consultant must conduct a detailed interview with each Candidate assessing their skills and relevance for each vacancy. 5. CVs are to be presented to the Company together with any supporting information within 72 hours of receiving the Assignment. 6. With prior agreement of the Company, the Consultant can submit CVs directly to a Client within 72 hours of receiving the Assignment. 7. A minimum of 3 CVs per Assignment will be required to be sent to the Client unless the parties agree otherwise. 8. All interview arrangements are the responsibility of the Consultant and this information will either come from the Company or directly from the Client. With prior agreement, the Consultant will engage directly with the Client. The Consultant will make sure that all Candidates are suitably prepared for their interview which will include sending out a confirmation email and supporting information. 9. At the point of Candidate offer, the Consultant will manage this process through to offer/acceptance process. 10. Where specifically instructed by the Company in the Assignment (or other time), the Consultant shall manage all relationships and processes with the Candidate and Client. 11. The Consultant will be committed to providing the highest principles of professionalism, integrity, fair practice and ethics when engaging with Clients and Candidates.
