I have been having some issues with my pixel on shopify and facebook and would really like someone to look at my shopify account and facebook account and check this over. I had two thirty apps installed last May - **Omega ‑ Multi Facebook Pixels** and **MultiPixel ‑ Facebook Pixels** which were causing duplicate store sessions on shopify. I removed these apps very soon after I installed them. The duplicate store sessions were occurring from 23rd May until yesterday but after having removed one line of coding yesterday after speaking to one of the developers I think this is hopefully fixed now as my store sessions look the same as shown on google analytics now.
I have the facebook pixel code in the 'additional scripts' section on shopify as well in the back theme coding sections on shopify and really would like someone to check it is all fixed now and there are no coding duplications or unnecessary code left anywhere. If you could please remove any code that is not necessary and may be causing duplications (after confirming and checking with me). I wonder if the facebook pixel code needs to be included in the 'additional scripts' section on shopfiy and may be causing issues?
Also I would like someone to look at the events section on my facebook account and check the pixel here and that it is tracking properly for all events. I have attached some screenshots of my data sources page on facebook. I am not sure if all the events (purchase, checkout etc) should be under the Pixel/Conversions API tab or the Aggregated event measurement tab. I seem to be missing checkout from the Aggregated event measurement tab. Are all these events supposed to be under both events for proper tracking?
See also attached the lookalike screenshot when I try to create a purchase lookalike - it says there have been only 76 purchase events in the past 60 days and the highest value passed is $8.39K. This is all very wrong, there have been a lot more purchases than this in the last 60 days and the value passed should be a lot higher.
The error message at the top says that 100 people from at least one country needed to have taken a specific action - made a purchase. I have checked my data on shopify and I have had 613 orders in the last 60 days - 208 from the US and 113 from the UK which are over the 100. See screenshot attached. Could someone please help me find out why this isn't showing correctly as I want to create a purchase lookalike. Surely all my purchases from shopify should go through my pixel?
I would really like some help to fix this/understand this so I can create lookalike audiences and be sure my pixel is correctly pulling through all data from all sources.
