Expected duration: 1 - 6 months Integrity Coaching is London’s leading provider of executive coaching services for Headteachers and senior school leaders.
Our vision is for an education system where there is full racial equality, social justice and well-being for all. We champion person-centred solutions to empower school leaders to become active agents for race equality and social justice.
Through personalised coaching services we help school leaders to deliver on their promise for our children and for future generations.
In the coming months, we’re looking for an individual or organisation whose able to understand our company, our services and our sector to work with us to redesign the Integrity Coaching website.
We are looking for a website redesign that will:
– Deliver a modern, engaging, and aesthetically exciting look and feel where audiences can easily find the information they need.
– Capture the essence and core messages of our brand, as well as the USPs of our services
– Improve the company’s online and search presence
– Creates a strong brand image and provide great user experience for our clients and prospects.
– Support the building of effective systems and processes for building relationships and managing internal tasks

The ideal candidate or organisation will have experience and expertise:
– Designing websites using Wordpress CMS’s and design tools
– Writing and edit engaging and effective copy
– A strong aptitude for creating creative, high-quality UX/UR experience
– Managing stakeholders and working to tight deadlines
– Integrating external apps and software with new websites

Successful applicants will be responsible for:
– Proposing a new build, theme or layout for the proposed website redesign
– Working closely with central team to plan and schedule project stages
– Reviewing and revising website content
– Migrating data, copy, content and functionality to new website
– Managing the project from start to finish
– Delivering training on best practice with regards to website use and maintenance
This will need to be a Wordpress website and we are currently unable to exceed a budget of £3,500 for this project, although the proposal which represents the best value is likely to be successful.
There’s obviously a vast number of companies and individuals who we could commission to complete this work.
And so a this is a major project for us, we feel that it would be imprudent to award a contract like this without due diligence and so we’ve decided to put this project out to tender to find the company or consultant which is best suited to support us in this project.
Effectively, therefore I wanted to see if in principle, you’d be interested in submit a proposal to support us with a project.
