The concept is as follows:
Monitor new listings/offers on OpenSea that are created and keep an eyeout for listings that receiveoffers higher than the listing price on OpenSea. Following that, the NFT/asset should be purchased with ETH at the listing price, followed by accepting the WETH offer at the same time and pocketing the difference as profit.
As an example, consider this transaction. https://etherscan.io/tx/0x87136b3d0084b94af81fea78552c482dbf73bf433f2c60835296c22219eff613 The user appears to be #7 Staker on Eden Network.
That transaction was added onto the blockchain at Apr-26-2022 10:28:15, but according to the OpenSea API it was created at "created_date": "2022-04-26T10:28:23.919197
As far as I know, I assumed that each listing is signed internally by OpenSea and that there is no direct way to retrieve them. I'd like to hear from you if you have a solution like this that is within your area of expertise for development!
