Main Responsibilities - Updating data in the CRM system - Searching for relevant websites, articles, and publications to add to CRM. - Regular visits to customer websites to gather fresh connections for our CRM. - Contacting database contacts to confirm/update contact information. - Assist with other aspects of the project as needed. - Support the effective and efficient delivery of the day-to-day business.
Qualification - Experience in a similar function at an equivalent level is required. - Knowledgeable in using CRM system. - Good users in all areas of Microsoft Office - Excellent grasp of database management. - Experience in data entry - Capability to manage a fluctuating workload. - Capability to multitask and manage competing responsibilities - Rapid learner with the capacity to pick up new skills and systems. - Pay attention to the details. - Excellent written and spoken English. - Excellent experience using Google spreadsheets. - Highly organized, with exceptional time and task management skills. - Knowledge of social media marketing.
