UX Process The project would be broken into a cyclical system of work called sprints, specifically leanThe fundamental principle of a Design Sprint is; using a user-centred design thinking to rapidly explore, ideate, research and refine a user experience. This process is designed to help organisations and teams rapidly explore ideas or opportunities without undertaking large overheads, whilst simultaneously working to validate and, if possible, improve the early concepts. Design Sprints provide a time/resource-restricted process for executing work, gaining insights, and delivering solutions. The goal is to ensure that the right “things” are designed and that those “things” are designed in the right way.
The “Design Thinking” diamond Our strategy is to undertake a Design Thinking process, through the immediate execution of Design Sprints to explore the needs and opportunities of end-users, companies and administrators of the system. Understanding problems Understanding audiences Gaining insights Creating ideas An outline of activities The following was the broad process of activities defined and undertaken as part of this phase of work. Onboarding Sprint format (repeated twice) Presentation Refinement Deliver final Prototype and Technical Specification
Initial Proposed Structure
It will include the following features but not limited to: Admin Functions (CMS only): Fareea and her team will need to administer the site. Having access to all content and user profiles.
Manage product categories Manage product pages Manage category wise shops - I believe these are online resellers, similar to what we did for Slimfast. Manage users - Update details and perhaps even ban users if required

Manage product categories Manage product pages Manage category wise shops - I believe these are online resellers, similar to what we did for Slimfast. Manage users - Update details and perhaps even ban users if required Moderate Reviews - Approve, Delete, Edit, Publish. Notification of new reviews should be emailed to admins for moderation. Set up Brand - Create a new Brand account and give access to brand contact
Registered Users Functions & Templates (6): Login Home - Registered user area Write Review - Include ability to upload images (e.g before & after shots) and include a link to YouTube video Review History - Page listing all reviews that the user has created Review Detail - Shows full review with images, etc? Forgot / change password Profile - Ability to edit name, email, phone and any other details required. Avatar Registered Brand Functions & Templates (4): Likely set-up by the client so that the brand is given access to the site with certain permissions Create Brand Page - Logo, main image, description Product Pages - Linked to the main brand page, plus tagged by product category. Add product images and descriptions plus links to online resellers Review History - can read reviews posted about their products and respond to users. Perhaps also flag reviews for moderation? Forgot / change password Frontend Public Templates (10/11): I almost see this website being structured like an eCommerce store, just without the ability to buy directly from the site (3rd-party links only). With this in mind, we probably need the following: Home page - Featured brands, products, user-onboarding CTA, brand-onboarding CTA, social feed (Insta) and social links in the footer. About Us Contact - Form - Use for users & brand on-boarding (choose option) and general enquiries Product Category / Sub-category - Listing pages Filter by: A-Z High Review count Onboarding Redefine the brief into a design sprint structure, building out: User personas Problem scenarios Value definitions Write initial user stories/journeys based on the prior defined thought structure, assumptions and insights gained Research external best-in-class examples to gain broader ideas and common solution patterns (TrustPilot, Feefo) Plan sprint based on defined user stories Sketch concepts (on paper initially) Develop a low-fidelity prototype to answer needs in planned stories Test prototyped solutions Creation of Front-end Templates (21 Total)
