I am looking for a positive, motivated individual who is looking to become a part of a dynamic, friendly team. We are hiring a part-time Xero Administrator or Bookkeeper who will work together with our Managers and be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and administration of our Xero accounts and manage double entry ledger for client accounts in order for monthly statements to be produced.

Role Overview: - Initially, a Part-Time position working 10 hours per week with flexible working. We monitor performance based on deliverables - Invoice Creation across all business - Add bills to pay to Xero - Complete payment received information, where required - Issue credit notes, as instructed - Reconciliations
Requirements: Skills & Experience required - Fluent in written and spoken English - Experience with Xero - Experience with double entry accounting/management of client accounts - Strong skills with excel and google sheets - Exceptional attention to detail - Ability to amend mistakes and spot anomalies
