We are looking to build a simple Python program related to Chat_GPT4, as Python is our preferred programming language. We are subscribers to Chat_GPT4 and can call the API and ensure there are enough tokens to fulfill requests.
The program will be an experiment and a forerunner to potential future collaborations.
Specific project tasks:
Task 1: PDF Reader * Develop a PDF reader to extract text from a 130+ page research report written by non-English speakers.
Task 2: Text Improvement * Integrate the Chat_GPT4 API to re-write the extracted text into more polished and fluent English.
Task 3: Logical Flow Enhancement * Utilise Chat_GPT4 to suggest re-ordering the content for a more logical flow.
Task 4: (Optional) PDF/PPT Redesign * Research and integrate an AI solution to redesign the output as a PDF or PowerPoint presentation, if available.
Notes: * We prefer the final output to be in Word or PPT. * The program should be well-documented and tested to ensure it meets the desired outcomes and is easy to maintain in the future. * We will be happy to experiment with the API parameters and fine-tune the program as required with the relevant developer. The budget displayed is a placeholder.
