Job Description: We are looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant who is proficient in English and wants to work in the legal sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team and ensuring the smooth operation of our legal department.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, and pleadings Maintain legal files and databases Coordinate meetings and appointments for the legal team Answer phone calls and respond to emails Conduct legal research and analysis Assist with drafting and proofreading legal documents Provide general administrative support to the legal department Requirements:
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Experience in a legal administrative role is preferred but not required
