We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Xero Bookkeeper to join our small family business. As our Xero Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accurate bookkeeping practices, and providing timely financial information to support our business operations. This is a remote role, offering flexibility in terms of work location and hours.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of bookkeeping using Xero, including recording and reconciling financial transactions, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and performing bank reconciliations.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, financial statements, and other financial reports, and provide timely reports to support business decisions.
Collaborate with other team members, including our accountant and business owner, to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
