Our company is seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our founder while working remotely. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage emails, calendars, and appointments. - Perform research and compile information for various projects - Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and databases - Arrange and coordinate virtual meetings and events - Handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality at all times - Assist with social media management and content creation at times
MORE : who can assist with organizing and managing webinars (using Webinar Jam), managing and using ChatGBT, and performing other miscellaneous tasks. The assistant must be available during BST time, with a particular emphasis on being available at 6pm on Wednesday 26th April to assist with our first webinar.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role on PPH or other platform with at least 4.9 ratings - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp - Ability to work independently and remotely - High-speed internet and a reliable computer - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
