The De Beauvoir Deli is a fine food store, takeaway and cafe selling a mix of homemade and bought-in artisanal food and beverage. Opened in 2009, it is a small owner-operated business within the lovely community of De Beauvoir Town in Hackney, London.
We are looking for a Merchandiser to work remotely, overseeing stock levels for all sections to ensure trading performance is maximized.
What you will be doing:
Maximize availability of stock to meet internal KPI’s Create and manage weekly and seasonal trackers at SKU level Manage stock orders using Revel Systems Review Net Achievable Margin (NAM) performance and investigate any deviations from the plan for review Good understanding of stock system Regularly, re-forecast sales to ensure strategic decisions are made to maximise profit Compile PIR’s for all seasonal ranges with recommendations to aid decision making for the following year. Prepare accurate plans for seasonal ranges factoring in markdown to ensure accurate forecast are presented to the business as part of the budget process. Participate in agreeing sales growth and assist in the preparation of budgets category Manage the stock allocations to and from the hamper channel
