Project Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Target/Commission Based Sales Rep-Closer to become an integral part of our sales team. As a Sales Rep-Closer, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, closing sales, and achieving monthly quotas within the technology industry. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a proven track record in sales, particularly in closing deals in the technology sector.
Responsibilities: - Lead Gen: Proactively identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Sales Closing: Utilize your excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals with potential clients, converting leads into satisfied customers. - Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives to contribute to the company's growth and success. - Relationship Building: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and ensure repeat business opportunities. - Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and progress using CRM software and other relevant sales tools. - Collaboration: with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts and deliver exceptional customer service. Target-based/Commission Struct: The Fixed price/commission structure for this role will be performance-based, offering a percentage of each sale made or # SQL Generated over the period of the project.
