We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ERP Specialist with expertise in both NetSuite and Valogix. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration between NetSuite and Valogix, and providing valuable insights on the management of multi-sourced goods. Your proficiency in NetSuite's Advanced Bill of Materials (Adv BOMS) and Advanced Procurement modules will be instrumental in streamlining our operations and enhancing our supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
ERP Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between NetSuite and Valogix. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data consistency and accuracy. Provide guidance on best practices for data synchronization and process flow between the two systems. Advanced BOMS and Procurement: Utilize your expertise in NetSuite's Advanced BOMS and Advanced Procurement modules to optimize our manufacturing and procurement processes. Work closely with the manufacturing team to create and manage complex Bills of Materials (BOMs) efficiently. Streamline procurement processes, including vendor management, purchasing, and inventory control Multi-sourced Goods Management: Offer strategic guidance on managing multi-sourced goods collectively within the ERP system. Develop strategies to optimize supplier relationships, reduce lead times, and minimize costs. Ensure that inventory levels are balanced effectively to meet production and customer demands. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analysis tools and reporting capabilities within NetSuite to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Create and maintain reports and dashboards that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ERP functionality. Identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance efficiency. User Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions for relevant teams to ensure they maximize the benefits of NetSuite and Valogix. Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries and issues promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ERP Specialist with a focus on NetSuite and Valogix. In-depth knowledge of NetSuite's Advanced BOMS and Advanced Procurement modules. Proficiency in data integration between ERP systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to system optimization.
