These deficiencies are put in the “Notes” column and that cell is highlighted in red (example, Original 1212. MRL. Re-install battery backup system) o This sheet will be distributed to the customer only

We need audit sheets & punch lists created. • When creating audit sheets in excel for locations with more than 1 elevator, please put all audit sheets in the same excel file with 1 audit sheet per tab (label each tab the correct elevator identification) • Please look at the very top of each written audit sheet, sometime you will see language that says “Same As” or “S.A.”. This means all of the data on this sheet is the same as the sheet being referenced. o Example, Elevator H2 is the same as Elevator H1. All differences in the elevator subsystems are marked with a “*”. • When creating a punch list with multiple elevators, please put all elevators on the same excel file on the same tab.
