Expected duration: More than 6 months I am in need of a hr admin person to assist with interviewing tutors, screening applications, on boarding and training. You will also ensure employment application is filled correctly and email references to complete reference form. Some sales and marketing calls are required and also any experience with email marketing blasts will be preferred/ You will also be responsible for reminding clients and tutors of weekly sessions via email and texts. You will also match tutors to available students based on data sheet provided and ensure that the closest tutor by zip code who is competent in that subject is matched to student. You will also communicate with tutor to match student and share tutor information with client and client information with tutor once matched.
