I require assistance in creating Google Mail (Gmail) accounts for my new small business. Several of my employees will need personalized company Gmail addresses to communicate professionally with clients and conduct day-to-day operations. The hired freelancer will be responsible for registering appropriate usernames adhering to our naming convention and setting secure passwords according to our guidelines. It is imperative that the created accounts uphold our branding and meet quality standards.
Additionally, the selected individual must configure basic settings and filters to organize incoming emails into categories for streamlined processing. Primary folders need to be established for different departments and project teams. Out of office auto-responses also need conformation to notify senders when specific staff are unavailable.
Knowledge of Gmail's administration panel is necessary to handle permissions and delegate control to select members of the management team. Proper documentation of login credentials, procedures and a listing of established addresses will be provided to our IT department. The project entails creating a total of 15-20 company addresses while ensuring compliance with Google and our security protocols. Experience with web-based apps and email services is preferable. Assistance on this task within a one week timeframe would be greatly appreciated. Compensation will be provided upon successful delivery and verification of completed work.
