We are seeking two experienced Legal secretaries/ Paralegals to attend staff virtual Zoom/Team meetings with suppliers and service providers.
Your Duties are minimal as you will act more as a monitor and will not need to provide legal counsel or lead the meeting.
Your Duties Will monitor the meeting and make notes. Make any objections to any unlawful practices of agreements Ensure that fair practices at ending upheld towards our staff and are not biased. Request policies and Terms & Conditions Ask any questions about H&S Safety 3rd (all questions will be scripted and provided)
This is a long term easy going job that will require a minimum of 9 Hours per week
