I need help connecting a CRM to Facebook for conversion leads setup.
The business portfolio, page and ad account have already been set up. The dataset (pixel) has not yet. We also do not have a CRM as we have previously been using Google Sheets to collect our data which has been connected to our Facebook leads via Zapier.
We are unsure whether we have to get a CRM for the above to work or whether we can continue to use Google Sheets and have the data sent from there to Facebook.
