Job Description: Data Consulting - Coordinator Engineer for Chatbots We are seeking a Data Consulting – Coordinator Engineer for Chatbots, a specialist in designing, implementing, and optimizing data solutions tailored for chatbot systems. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data engineering, conversational AI, and consulting to help organizations build and maintain intelligent, high-performing chatbot solutions. As data quality is the cornerstone of any successful chatbot, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the data is accurate, structured, and actionable. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities 1. Data Strategy and Consultation • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and design data strategies that align with their goals. • Provide clear guidance and instructions to Data Engineers on what data to collect and where to source it. 2. Data Collection and Quality Control • Collect large volumes of conversational data from diverse sources, ensuring its relevance and accuracy. • Oversee and verify the data collected by other Data Engineers to ensure it meets quality standards. • Preprocess data by removing irrelevant or duplicate entries, handling missing values, and correcting errors. • Structure the data appropriately for training machine learning models. 3. Data Preparation for AI Training • Format and prepare data in a Q&A structure for NLP (Natural Language Processing) model training. • Collaborate with Data Scientists and NLP Engineers to develop and optimize chatbot models. • Ensure chatbot responses align with the collected and curated data. 4. Data Infrastructure and Analysis • Design and implement scalable data pipelines, databases, and data warehouses. • Analyze data using tools such as SQL, Python, or R to extract insights. • Develop dashboards and reports with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to present actionable insights. • Work with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, or Snowflake. 5. Continuous Improvement and Support • Monitor chatbot performance and fine-tune its responses based on data-driven insights. • Provide ongoing support to ensure data solutions and chatbot systems remain effective and aligned with business needs. • Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Software Developers, and key business stakeholders. ________________________________________ Required Skills and Qualifications • NLP Expertise: Familiarity with NLP frameworks such as spaCy, Transformers, and Rasa. • Data Engineering: Proficiency in ETL processes, SQL, and data pipeline tools. • Programming: Strong knowledge of Python, essential for chatbot and AI development. • Cloud & AI Platforms: Experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS Lex, Google Dialogflow, Azure Bot Service). • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret user data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement. • Consulting Skills: Excellent communication skills to explain technical solutions and strategies to clients effectively. ________________________________________ This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business, with a passion for building data-driven solutions that enhance conversational AI systems.
