Hello Moodle Upgrade: We are currently using Moodle 3.1.10 (Build: 20180115) and need to upgrade to a newer version. Additionally, we are switching hosting providers, and we require assistance with both the upgrade and the migration process. The ideal candidate should have experience with Moodle upgrades and be able to handle the migration from our current hosting provider to the new one. They should also be familiar with the latest security best practices and ensure that our Moodle installation is secure and up-to-date.
