Compensation: -Starting at $500/month + 4% commission on sales. -Hourly pay during the testing phase.
Expected Calls: Aim for 200 calls per day, between 8 am to 7 pm Toronto time (UTC-5). Work within this time frame, but hours do not need to total 11 hours; flexibility is fine as long as calls are made during this window.
