Role Overview: We are seeking a Fractional Head of Finance and Accounting reporting directly to the executive board to lead the implementation of a robust financial reporting system and drive process improvements. This role is pivotal in establishing consolidated accrual reporting via QuickBooks and ensuring seamless integration with our operational structures. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the implementation and optimization of QuickBooks for consolidated financial reporting across UK, EU, and USA subsidiaries. • Establish and maintain accrual-based financial reporting processes. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards across multiple jurisdictions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial systems with CRM platforms (experience in CRM integration is a bonus). • Develop financial dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to leadership. • Support strategic decision-making with accurate forecasting and financial analysis. Key Qualifications: • Qualified Accountant (e.g., FCA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA). • 5+ years of commercial experience, preferably in multinational or complex organizational structures. • Proven experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems. • Strong knowledge of accrual accounting principles and financial consolidation. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fractional capacity. • Experience integrating CRM systems with financial platforms (preferred).
