Background: We are looking for someone to help us run a marketing for a provider of high-quality, architectural glass balustrades. We are a small team of digital marketing experts looking to find an expert in paid media management with the aim to increase brand awareness and generate a robust database of warm leads through visually engaging and targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. These campaigns will showcase our product’s unique aesthetics and functionality to professionals in the construction and architecture industries across the UK.
Objectives: Primary Objective: Drive targeted traffic to our landing pages and generate warm leads for the sales team.
Secondary Objectives: Increase brand visibility and awareness among construction industry professionals. Encourage users to book consultations, request quotes, or download product guides.

Scope of Work: The expert will be responsible for the following:
Campaign Strategy and Planning: Define campaign objectives, audience targeting, and ad placements. Create a paid advertising strategy with a clear focus on lead generation.
Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with us to utilise high-quality video content emphasising product aesthetics and functionality. Craft compelling ad copy that aligns with OnLevel’s branding and messaging.
Campaign Setup: Configure campaigns within Facebook Ads Manager, including targeting parameters, ad placements, and budget allocation. Implement retargeting campaigns for users who engage with ads or visit the website.
Monitoring and Optimisation: Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, cost-per-click, and conversion rates. Optimise campaigns by adjusting targeting, bids, and creatives to maximise ROI.
Reporting: Provide regular performance reports detailing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Deliverables: Initial campaign strategy document. A/B tested ad creatives (videos and copy). Configured Facebook and Instagram campaigns, including retargeting. Weekly performance updates and a final campaign report.
Budget and Timeline: Budget: To be confirmed in collaboration with the expert based on goals and ad spend recommendations. Timeline: Campaign preparation and launch within 2 weeks of engagement. Ongoing management for the campaign duration (3-6 months).
