I require assistance from an experienced professional to setup an online learning management system for a recruitment agency. The system should allow for hosting online training courses ( Recruitment Academy ) and managing learner enrollments and progress. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience implementing either Zoho Learn or Zoho Trainer Central.
Key responsibilities include performing all necessary installations and configurations, designing the organizational structure and user roles, creating and customizing courses, setting up enrollment and registration workflows, configuring analytics and reports dashboards. Past experience delivering similar projects from start to finish is essential. Strong technical skills along with attention to detail and documentation are a must.
The scope of work also includes training key administrators on content authoring, management of learners, and using the various features of the LMS platform. Setup and integration work shall be done remotely and the candidate must have strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams. Experience with both open-source and proprietary LMS platforms will be valued.
