I require the development of an online report system to log hourly care notes for clients in an assisted living facility. The system needs to document the notes in real-time corresponding to the actual hour being reported. If a report for a given hour is not submitted by the designated time, a visual prompt should indicate the report is overdue.
Carers need a simple log in (with time log) so it can be seen who documented
The interface should allow notes to be logged under 14 predefined subheadings (with drop down manual prompts) for each hour block. A comment section under each heading accommodates additional details as needed. A key function is a dual-column view within each hour report to record both the duration of tasks performed and the number of staff involved.
Accessible via tablet is preferable for ease of use by caregivers both on-site and on the go. Intuitive navigation and a clean interface optimize efficiency. Data should be securely stored in a backend database. Ongoing client access permits oversight of care plans. Performance metrics give insight to optimize processes.
