We're looking for a Paid Advertising Expert to manage and optimise our campaigns on Google Ads, Instagram, and Facebook. What You'll Do:
Run Google Ads campaigns: Set up, monitor, and optimise campaigns to maximise our return on investment. Create and manage ads for Instagram and Facebook: Develop engaging visuals and copy to connect with our audience or suggest strategies or video ideas to run ads for particular platforms. Lead generation: Must be responsible for setting the bid. Drive quality leads that convert into real opportunities by running ads. Develop strategies: Suggest us strategies that is tailored to our niche and goals. Bid management: Set up and refine bid strategies for optimal performance. Content & visuals collaboration: If you have a team who is open to working with us to modify ad content, headlines, and images for better engagement.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience with Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and Facebook Ads. Knowledge of bid strategies, keyword research, and audience targeting. Experience in lead generation campaigns. Ability to design or guide ad visuals (video or static) that resonate with the target audience. Strong analytical skills to monitor and improve campaign performance. If you have a team who can work on their own then you shall proceed with your team. Or, if you need a collaborative mindset for working with our team on tweaks and refinements, we are ready to collaborate.
