Progressive Web App for Music and Voice Playlist Management
Description: I am seeking an experienced developer to create a Progressive Web App (PWA) using platforms like Bubble.io, Appgyver, Glide, Adalo, or similar tools. The app will allow users to upload music, manage playlists, and integrate voice announcements.
Preference will be given to freelancers who utilize templates and can demonstrate a fully functional app from my account before final delivery. This is a results-driven project, and subcontracting is not allowed.
Key Requirements: Music Playlist Management:
Upload audio tracks, cut, repeat, and rearrange them. Dynamic reordering and editing of playlists. Voice Announcement Integration:
Option to record and assign voiceovers at specific intervals (e.g., every 3 minutes). Input text for announcements, with AI generating customizable voiceovers (e.g., 40 editable announcements in separate boxes). Ability to assign playback timing for announcements. Dynamic Playback Settings:
Overlay announcements on music at user-defined intervals. Loop playlists or follow custom playback sequences. Platform and Tools:
Use Bubble.io, Appgyver, Glide, Adalo, or similar no-code platforms. Template-based builds are strongly preferred for efficiency. I will purchase any required add-ons, widgets, or templates to complete the project. Testing and Demonstration:
Fully functioning app must be demonstrated from my account before escrow release App must pass thorough functionality testing, ensuring seamless playback and user experience. Work and Payment Terms: Must use my login credentials for final delivery after demo approval. Screen sharing for progress reviews on specific days is required. Hourly billing must include Hubstaff or similar tracking. Payment will be prepaid into escrow and released only upon project completion. (NO STAGE PAYMENT RELEASES)

Proven experience with no-code platforms and past projects demonstrating similar functionality. Able to get all widgets and intergrade them in. Chatgpt API required (normal these days) Some custom coding required, I am happy to outsource to other freelancers and fund it, if you get stuck on a small section of the app. Efficient in using and customizing templates for streamlined development.
