Expected duration: 3 - 4 weeks A client needs to manage the awards of their employees to ensure they're capable of training a certain course. To achieve an award, a trainer needs multiple competencies that are in date.
We want a Microsoft power app created to manage this, connecting into system API's.
Behind the scenes configuration tables - These must be editable by the client, but only users with a certain permission. - Award - Fields: Name & Competency selection (multi-select from list) - Competency - Reference & Name
Main page: 1. Drop down - Select employee from drop down list of employees pulled from external API 2. Once selected, we show all the possible competencies with their linked awards in a list. It will show the date achieved and the expiry date. If the course has expired then this must flag it to the user. Whether or not they've achieved a certain competency will be retrieved from two external API's that will list all training records that delegate has done.
Please submit examples of previous work done on power apps. Project will be discussed in greater depth with the chosen developer, including data examples and an excel mock-up of what we want to achieve.
