I am looking for an experienced web hosting and domain management professional to help streamline and consolidate my current setup. I need assistance migrating websites, consolidating domains, and optimizing email hosting for my business.
Current Setup: Websites: 15 websites hosted on a reseller hosting package with HostGator. Domains: Domains are split between GoDaddy and Squarespace. Emails: Emails are currently hosted with HostGator, and 2 main accounts are on Google Workspace (G Suite). Payments: I am currently paying multiple vendors, which is causing confusion and inefficiency.
Scope of Work: Web Hosting Migration: Migrate all 15 websites to a single hosting provider (suggestions welcome: VPS, managed hosting, or optimized reseller plan). Ensure no data loss, downtime, or broken links during migration. Set up SSL certificates and verify website performance post-migration.
Domain Consolidation: Transfer all domains from Squarespace to GoDaddy (or another recommended central registrar). Update DNS records for all websites post-migration.
Email Hosting Setup: Move all business emails from HostGator to a reliable provider such as Google Workspace (G Suite) or Zoho Mail. Ensure all MX records and SPF/DKIM settings are correctly configured. Provide guidance on setting up email accounts on devices.
Simplify Billing: Streamline billing by consolidating hosting, domains, and email services under fewer vendors. Testing & Handover: Test websites, emails, and domains post-migration to ensure everything functions perfectly. Provide clear documentation with Usernames & Passwords in Excel and guidance for managing the new setup.
