We are looking for an experienced developer to create a Random Number Generator (RNG) for our competition platform with a unique underwater/fishing theme. The RNG must handle up to 1,000,000 entries/tickets at a time and ensure fairness, transparency, and usability.
Core Requirements:
• Themed Design: The RNG interface should feature a visually appealing underwater/fishing theme (e.g., fish animations, bubbles, and marine visuals).
• Large-Scale Support: Must efficiently process up to 1,000,000 tickets at a time.
• Randomness & Fairness: Use a reliable algorithm (e.g., PRNG) to generate random winners. Results must be unbiased and fair.
• User-Friendly Interface: An admin tool where input (ticket numbers/entries) can be uploaded and random results easily retrieved.
• Output Transparency: Ability to display or log results for auditing purposes.
• Integration: Should be usable on our web-based competition platform.
Deliverables:
1. Fully functional RNG with underwater/fishing-themed visuals.
2. Ability to handle 1,000,000 entries smoothly.
3. Fair and transparent output (random winner selection).

Requirements:
